Availability is phased by building. The Primary Building is expected to be complete by late 2026, with early 2027 as a possible latest date. The Admin Building and the High School Building are expected to follow in spring 2027. These timelines are estimates and are subject to change as construction progresses.
No. The campus will open in phases, building by building, rather than all at once. The Primary Building is expected to be ready first, followed by the Admin Building and the High School Building in spring 2027. The order and timing of remaining buildings will be shared as those schedules are finalized. The waitlist will be notified as each building becomes available for leasing.
Everyone on the waitlist will be contacted directly, in signup order, as units become available. This is the only way updates are communicated — there is no other list or priority channel.
Reserving a Unit
The only way to be considered is by joining the waitlist at StateSchoolLiving.com. We are not accepting deposits, holding fees, or informal reservations of any kind at this time.
No. We are not able to accept deposits before official leasing opens for a given building. This protects both you and us — no unit can be legally held or guaranteed without a lease in place. Any deposits will be collected only through our official leasing process once units are ready.
Being on the waitlist means you’ll be contacted, in order, when leasing opens and units matching your interest are available. It does not guarantee a specific unit, since availability depends on building readiness, unit type, and application approval.

Pricing & Unit Details
Units are expected to range from $2,000–$3,000 per month, depending on the apartment. These prices are all-inclusive, meaning your rent covers electric, heat, water, sewer, trash, parking, snow removal, lawn care, maintenance, and other building amenities.
This first phase includes one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, each with one bathroom.
Each unit includes in-unit laundry. Planned community amenities include a courtyard, walking trail, and fitness center, with additional amenities still being finalized.
Application Process
Standard leasing requirements will apply, including proof of income, a credit and background check, and a completed application. Full application details will be published before leasing opens.
